Privacy policy

This page explains, in plain language, what data Ministeru' Creativ collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. We are a small creative and AI visibility agency, not an ad-tech company. We do not sell your data, we do not run advertising networks on this site, and we keep what we collect to the minimum we need to run the business.

Who we are (data controller)

The data controller is LUTOIU TEODOR-CRISTIAN PERSOANA FIZICA AUTORIZATA (trading as Ministeru' Creativ), CUI 54183780, registered at B-dul Bucurestii Noi 136, Parter, ap. 5, Sector 1, Bucharest, Romania.

For anything in this policy, or to exercise any of your rights, write to us at ministerucreativ@gmail.com. We answer data requests from this address.

The contact form

When you fill in the contact form, you send us your name, your email address, your message, and which language version of the site you used. We use this only to reply to you and to follow up on a project. The submission is delivered through a Google Apps Script endpoint into our own Google Sheet; we do not run it through an advertising or profiling service. We keep these enquiries for as long as we are in contact about a project, and we delete them on request.

The free AI visibility audit

Our free audit lives at audit.ministerucreativ.com (reached from the /audit link on this site). To run it you give it a website URL to scan and an email address to send the report to. The audit checks that public site and returns a score with a fix list. The result is stored briefly, on the order of a week, so you can reopen your report, and the storage runs on Supabase. We use your email to send you the report and, if you asked to hear more, a short follow-up. We do not add you to a general mailing list without your say-so, and you can ask us to delete an audit and its email at any time.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses two analytics tools, and nothing else sets cookies here: Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics. They tell us which pages people read and roughly how the site is used, so we can improve it. They may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or any ad network. If you block cookies or use a tracker blocker, the site still works fully. The audit tool on its own subdomain and any embedded booking page (Cal.com) have their own providers and privacy terms.

  • Microsoft Clarity: anonymized session and interaction analytics.
  • Google Analytics: aggregate traffic and page analytics.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We do not run third-party advertising on this site. We do not build advertising profiles of you. The only third parties that touch your data are the infrastructure and tools named in this policy (our host, our analytics, our form and audit storage), each doing the narrow job described.

Where the site runs

This website is hosted on Vercel, which serves the pages and, like any web host, processes technical request data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and keep it secure. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Audit results are stored on Supabase. These providers act as our processors, handling data on our instructions for the purposes above.

Your rights under the GDPR

Because we are established in Romania and serve the EU, UK, and US, we apply GDPR-level rights to everyone who contacts us. You can ask us to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
  • erase your data (the right to be forgotten);
  • receive a copy of your data in a portable format;
  • restrict or object to a particular use;
  • withdraw consent you gave earlier, at any time.

To use any of these rights, email ministerucreativ@gmail.com. We will respond within one month. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can also complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing, dataprotection.ro), or to the authority in your own country.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we update this page and the date at the top. This version was last updated on 4 July 2026.
