The result

On our new five-engine audit, Perioskoup scores 76 out of 100, up from 61 on the earlier two-engine run. That gain is partly real off-site progress and partly a broader measurement across five AI engines instead of two, so read it as a methodology change plus real movement, not a 15-point jump from our work alone. The scorecard is strongest where it matters: 92 out of 100 on live AI presence and 95 out of 100 on AI-crawler access. Ask an AI engine directly what Perioskoup is and it answers correctly and in detail, so the entity-layer recognition is universal. On buyer-intent category queries, Claude and Gemini already recommend Perioskoup by name; ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Grok do not yet name it. Extending that recommendation to all five engines is the next layer, and exactly what the 90-day system installs next.

What we did

Baseline audit and freeze, structured data build (Organization, LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ, Review), crawlability and rendering fixes so non-JavaScript AI crawlers read real HTML, answer-first content for the core buying questions, and off-site citation building on the sources AI engines trust. Perioskoup launched in March 2026 with a waitlist of around 30 clinics.
